		<description>It has to do with partial pressures. Your body is still at the pressure of the surrounding environment so O2 only helps a bit say a few thousand feet. I wonder you guys don&#039;t have an inflatable pressure chamber to treat HAPE and HACE at say Camp 1 or 2?</description>
