		<description>All - Great to see you guys all together and climbing Everest! I cant believe you guys get paid for that! Going to Camp Muir on Sunday and will be thinking about you all on Everest. Looking forward to seeing you guys back in Ashford. I also looking forward to buying some first ascent gear! I joing the Mountaineers in Seattle and we are following you on the blog site. Dont forget to practice the Z pulley and always keep your ice ax on the upside of the mountain, keep an eye on Pete as he always needs a little extra...in fact, I remember when we were on Rainier at DC and I had to give him my water bottle because he got cramps! - oh, come to think about it, that was me! Be safe, my thoughts are with the whole team. Saftety first! - Mike Iem</description>

		<description>Looks like the Sherpas deserve a lot of credit.  Being able to carry across all the supplies across the ice vault, then coming back again to go for another load.  Truly brave and amazing!</description>
