We are a fourth grade class in Cashmere, Washington and are enjoying watching and learning about climbing Everest. We study different cultures and want to learn more about sherpas and their roles, responsibilities to the climbing parties. We understand equipment is expensive and wonder how the sherpas get outfitted in gear? We look forward to watching video streams and to follow your progress as you acclimatize and eventually go for the top. Be careful and take care of yourselves.

Fabulous information. I can't wait to see the footage of the acclimatization work and up the Khumba, Lhotse Face and eventually towards the summit. Great work.

Good luck everyone! I am a big fan of the team and I admire Ed and Dave greatly for their wisdom in the mountains. I will say a prayer that everyone remains safe. Will be keeping an eye on your posts. I did the EBC trek last year and will do it again. Wish I was there!
