I just wanted to wish the climbing party the best of luck...I was extremely fortunate to meet Ed, Dave, Melissa and all the Whittakers (Lou, Jim and Peter) at last year's Mt. Rainier Festival (I was the red-headed Sailor stationed on the aircraft carrier, but am now in Sicily). It was an amazing weekend and everyone was very kind, generous and patient. And to Eddie Bauer...I can't wait to place my first order for 'First Ascent' gear and start 'setting the trend' here in southern Europe!!! This is incredibly awesome!
