<description>This is a hello to Ed Viesturs---I just finished your book, which I thoroughly enjoyed, and was happy to add to my small library of first person Everest books.
Afterwards, I pulled up your website, and found that you are back on Everest! What a great way to mark your 50th birthday year! I am 66yrs. old, and still swimming, golfing, biking, hiking, etc. and hanging out with all my younger friends and the kids in my family. I have only climbed Mt. Hood, but salute the focus, safe approach, and hard work which have resulted in your beautiful milestone climbing achievements one step at a time.

My best wishes for a safe and fun trip for you and your climbing friends.
